Great place with its free wi-fi, saltwater pool, and 24-hour reception. The staff once helped me find a valuable lost item, which I appreciate. Highly recommend relaxing here for your next holiday!

Our room had a comfortable bed and an astonishing view. The hotel was centrally located near beautiful gardens and landscape, the restaurant, the housekeeping team, the poolside attendants, and Pattaya for nearly twenty years now😀

The staff was accommodating, assisting promptly with my business needs . The breakfast options were diverse, with an excellent spread of local and international dishes. The hotel is conveniently located, with access to local shops and restaurants, all while maintaining a tranquil atmosphere away from the noise.
The rooms could use some refurbishment.

The facilities were excellent, especially the
Swimming pools that offered a relaxing oasis after a day of exploring. Some of the in-room amenities felt outdated and didn't meet my expectations for this price range.

For someone it will be important that the newest shopping complex Terminal 21 is located very close by, the construction is definitely worth attention. Two floors of pools, both for adults and children. There is direct access to Beach Road, there is access to a beach of some kind. There's live music in the evening.
We booked a room for two adults and two children. 3 and 5 years old (4 people in the reservation). In the photo of the room we booked, we clearly saw two beds and a bath. In fact - we got just a double room. There was no bath (with shower all is well, maximum score for the facilities do not put, for the children brought extra-bed. In principle, we understand that this is probably an innocent marketing move, expectations were more rosy. Since there was no bathroom information in the booking (in the voucher), we did not make any noise. We were given a $100 deposit when we checked in. They gave us the truth, no problem. There was no velcam-drink.

Good location, large green area, fast check-in, normal swimming pool, good gym, no problems with sun beds.
1. No normal bathing beach. Implied by the photo that there are two beaches for bathing. But on one side of the hotel beach is closed due to repair work on the embankment of Pattaya, on the other side of the hotel too to swim VERY uncomfortable, because at the bottom (3-5 meters from the shore) there are high sharp stones that are not visible in the muddy water. As a result, we got strong cuts in the legs. These stones are clearly visible at low tide, part of the stones are marked with flags, but some of the stones are not highlighted and are potential sources of injury for bathing hotel visitors. It is necessary to add this question - to mark ALL "secret" stones... 2. Room cleaning was mostly after 14 hours, which is not always comfortable if you decide to sleep in the afternoon. 3. There were problems with transferring money to the hotel. Before arriving, I wrote to the hotel to check the reservation and confirm receipt of money. But the answer about the payment was negative. I had to call bucking com. In the end, everything was fine-tuned. But maybe it was a bucking problem, not a hotel problem.

Wonderful hotel. I liked everything, the hotel met our expectations. You can always find something to complain about if you want, we did not have it. Experienced, helpful staff who speak English quite well. We knew about the beach work, so there was no disappointment. We went to Sai Keo and Sattahip on our own, which we would do if we were staying at any other hotel in Pattaya. As we were told, the city authorities were expanding the beach next to the hotel, which meant that the problems with the beach area would soon be solved. If possible, I recommend taking Club rooms. We had a Club Room Grand, we were very pleased with both the room itself and the privileges (soft drinks + snacks from 10:30 to 22:00, alcohol and snacks from 17:30 to 19:30, laundry 3 items of clothing daily, a separate check-in & check-out, breakfast at The Pick restaurant on the 9th floor with a wonderful panoramic view of Beach Road and the bay), due to the guests.

The hotel really needs updating in many areas!!! A shortage of sun loungers and poolside chaos definitely detracts from the overall experience!!! Club lounge issues with seating certainly need addressing!!!

hotel is beautifully located, with access to both the dolphins and Beach Road. Beautiful well-groomed area, impressive lobby and atrium. Polite, helpful staff. helpful staff, pull - pull curtains, bring water - take away bottles from morning to late evening. I liked the room - big enough, comfortable. good bathroom with everything you need. Got bathrobes and slippers. There was an ironing board with an iron in the closet. big balcony with a table and chairs. Everything would be fine if it wasn't for the infrastructure flaws.
hotel was chosen because of the big pool. He was the biggest disappointment. Not only is it just above the knee on one side, it is also covered with some rough crumb that scratches unpleasantly. So you can't swim comfortably. It's the same coating as the hot tub. No wonder no one's in there. Nice Lagoon pool, it's small. Its shape is not conducive to swimming either. toilet by this pool is a shame for a hotel of this level. On 5 sq. m. two cabins, sinks, constantly turned off the light and constantly water and dirt on the floor. Hard beds. room has a whole pillow menu. It's not clear why, if the mattresses hurt the sides. There's work going on at the beach, probably expanding the beach strip. It seriously spoils the view of the sea and city, although it doesn't cause any other trouble. Breakfast wasn't taken and was considered unreasonably expensive (765 baht per person per day).
